Q: I paid ₹99 but premium is not activated?
A: Email support@krishosaathi.in with your transaction ID. We will activate within 4 hours.
Q: How do I get farming advisory in Assamese?
A: Select "অসমীয়া" from the language selector in the top navigation bar.
Q: The mandi price shown seems wrong?
A: Prices are from data.gov.in and may have a 24–48 hour delay. For latest prices, check your local mandi directly.
Q: I uploaded a disease photo but got no result?
A: Ensure the photo is clear, well-lit, and shows the affected leaf/plant. File size must be under 5MB. Try again or use text-based symptom description.
Q: How do I apply for PM-KISAN through KrishoSaathi?
A: Go to Schemes section → PM-KISAN → tap "Apply Now" — you will be redirected to the official PM-KISAN portal (pmkisan.gov.in).
Q: Is my mobile number safe with KrishoSaathi?
A: Yes. We never sell your number. It is used only for OTP and farming alerts. See our Privacy Policy.
