Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before purchasing the KrishoSaathi Premium subscription. All payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

1Our Refund Policy — Summary

KrishoSaathi operates as a digital platform providing agricultural advisory services. The ₹99 annual subscription fee is a PLATFORM ACCESS FEE. KEY POLICY POINTS: - All payments made to KrishoSaathi are NON-REFUNDABLE once the payment is confirmed and premium access is activated. - This policy applies regardless of whether you have used the premium features or not after activation. - The subscription fee covers the cost of maintaining the platform, AI advisory engines, real-time data APIs, and cloud infrastructure — not individual service deliveries. This policy is in accordance with: - Information Technology Act, 2000 - Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 - Razorpay merchant terms and conditions

2What You Are Paying For

When you pay ₹99 for KrishoSaathi Premium, you receive: IMMEDIATE DIGITAL ACCESS TO: - Advanced price analytics and 30-day trend data - Priority AI crop advisory (faster response) - Early disease alert notifications via push and SMS - Exclusive government scheme application assistance - WhatsApp bot priority access - Ad-free platform experience - 11-language premium advisory content DELIVERY: - Access is activated INSTANTLY upon payment confirmation. - No physical goods are shipped. - No appointment or scheduling is required. - Access is available 24/7 via krishosaathi.in or the mobile app. Since delivery is instant and digital, the platform access fee becomes non-refundable upon activation.

3Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT issue refunds in the following situations: - You purchased the subscription but did not use premium features. - You forgot to cancel before the renewal date. - You changed your mind after payment. - You experienced difficulty using features due to lack of internet connectivity on your end. - You purchased the subscription from a different account by mistake. - You are dissatisfied with the advisory quality (we encourage you to contact support for resolution). - Partial period — if you cancel mid-year, no pro-rated refund is issued for unused months. - Duplicate purchase — if you accidentally purchased twice, contact us within 24 hours and we will investigate.

4Exceptional Refund Situations

WENSLink Private Limited may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund ONLY in the following exceptional circumstances: TECHNICAL FAILURE: - Your payment was deducted but premium access was NOT activated within 24 hours due to a confirmed technical failure on our end. - Action: Email support@krishosaathi.in with your transaction ID within 48 hours. We will investigate and either activate your subscription or process a refund within 7 business days. DUPLICATE CHARGE: - You were charged twice for the same subscription due to a payment gateway error. - Action: Email support@krishosaathi.in with both transaction IDs within 48 hours. In all other cases, the subscription fee remains non-refundable. Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.

5Cancellation Policy

HOW TO CANCEL: - You may cancel your KrishoSaathi Premium subscription at any time. - Cancellation can be done from your account settings on krishosaathi.in. - Alternatively, email support@krishosaathi.in with subject "Subscription Cancellation". WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION: - Your premium access will continue until the end of the current paid annual billing period. - You will NOT be charged for the next year unless you re-subscribe. - Your farming data, history, and free features remain accessible. - Premium features will revert to free-tier access after the billing period ends. AUTO-RENEWAL: - KrishoSaathi Premium does NOT auto-renew automatically. - At the end of your subscription year, you will receive a notification to manually renew. - No charges will be made without your explicit action.

6Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us BEFORE raising a chargeback with your bank. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS: 1. Email support@krishosaathi.in with subject "Payment Dispute — [Transaction ID]" 2. Include: Transaction ID, amount, date, and description of the issue 3. We will respond within 24 business hours 4. If resolved in your favour, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days CHARGEBACKS: - Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your KrishoSaathi account. - We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with documented evidence of service delivery. RAZORPAY SUPPORT: For payment gateway-specific issues, contact Razorpay at: Website: https://razorpay.com/support The transaction will appear on your bank statement as "RAZORPAY*KRISHOSAATHI" or similar.
