These Terms of Service govern your use of KrishoSaathi, operated by WENSLink Private Limited, Guwahati, Assam. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

KrishoSaathi ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") is a digital agricultural advisory platform operated by WENSLink Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its principal place of business in Guwahati, Assam, India — 781001. KrishoSaathi provides Indian farmers with real-time mandi prices, weather-based farming advisories, AI-powered crop disease detection, government scheme information, marketplace connectivity, and premium subscription services. To use KrishoSaathi, you must: - Be at least 18 years of age, or a minor using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. - Provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based registration. - Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. - Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. WENSLink Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be using false information.

KrishoSaathi offers the following services: FREE SERVICES: - Real-time mandi price data for 28 states from data.gov.in / eNAM / Agmarknet APIs - 7-day weather forecast and farming advisory (sowing, spray, harvest, frost alerts) - AI crop disease detection via photo upload (powered by Groq Vision AI) - Government scheme information (PM-KISAN, PMFBY, KCC, eNAM, PMEGP, PKVY, RKVY, NABARD, PMSBY, NEC Agri, Soil Health Card) - Marketplace listings (buyer-seller connect, FPO directory, input shops) - AI-powered crop advisory in 11 Indian languages PREMIUM SERVICES (₹99/year): - Priority advisory access - Advanced price trend analytics - Early disease alert notifications - Exclusive scheme application assistance - WhatsApp bot priority access All free services shall remain free. Premium services are subject to the pricing stated at the time of subscription.

As a user of KrishoSaathi, you agree NOT to: - Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its servers. - Upload or transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code. - Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without written permission. - Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam). - Post false or misleading crop prices, disease reports, or marketplace listings. - Infringe upon any intellectual property rights of WENSLink Private Limited or third parties. - Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws.

All content on KrishoSaathi — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, AI models, software code, algorithms, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of WENSLink Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial agricultural purposes. You may NOT: - Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform. - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform. - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. Government API data (PM-KISAN, data.gov.in, Bhashini, etc.) remains the property of the respective Government of India bodies and is used under their open data licences.

WENSLink Private Limited collects the following data for service delivery: - Mobile number (for OTP-based authentication) - Location/pincode (for localised weather and price data) - Crop preferences and farming profile (for personalised advisory) - Device information and usage analytics (for platform improvement) We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with: - Razorpay (payment processing — PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant) - Groq AI (anonymised crop advisory queries) - Government APIs (for scheme eligibility verification) Your data is stored on secured servers (Hetzner, Germany) with industry-standard encryption. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy at krishosaathi.in/privacy. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing support@krishosaathi.in.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING: - KrishoSaathi Premium: ₹99 per year (inclusive of all applicable taxes) - All payments are processed securely by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd (PCI-DSS Level 1) - We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and Digital Wallets REFUND POLICY: - All payments made to KrishoSaathi are NON-REFUNDABLE. - The ₹99 annual subscription fee is a platform access fee and is non-refundable once payment is confirmed and access is activated. - No refund will be provided for partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction with the service after payment. - In the event of a technical failure resulting in non-activation of premium access, WENSLink Private Limited will investigate and either activate the subscription or process a refund at its sole discretion within 7 business days. CANCELLATION: - You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. - Upon cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. - No pro-rated refunds are issued for cancellations mid-period. PAYMENT DISPUTES: - For payment-related issues, contact support@krishosaathi.in with your transaction ID. - Response time: within 24 business hours.

KrishoSaathi provides agricultural advisory, price data, weather forecasts, and disease detection as informational tools ONLY. These are NOT professional agronomic, financial, medical, or legal advice. - Price data is sourced from Government of India APIs and may have a delay of up to 24–48 hours. WENSLink Private Limited does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. - Weather forecasts are provided by Open-Meteo and are subject to natural variability. Farming decisions based on weather forecasts are made at the user's own risk. - AI disease detection is based on machine learning models and may not be 100% accurate. Always consult a qualified agricultural extension officer (Krishi Vigyan Kendra) for critical crop health decisions. - Government scheme information is for reference only. Eligibility and disbursement are determined solely by the respective Government of India ministries. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, WENSLink Private Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for: - Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, KrishoSaathi. - Loss of crops, income, profit, or business arising from reliance on advisory, price, or weather data provided by the platform. - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data. - Any bugs, viruses, or harmful components that may be transmitted through the platform by third parties. - Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of services. In no event shall WENSLink Private Limited's total liability to any user for all claims arising from use of the platform exceed the amount paid by that user to WENSLink Private Limited in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim, or ₹99 (whichever is lower).

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: 1. INFORMAL RESOLUTION: In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us at grievance@krishosaathi.in and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. 2. ARBITRATION: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Guwahati, Assam. 3. JURISDICTION: For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India. Consumer complaints may also be filed with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

WENSLink Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted at krishosaathi.in/terms with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will notify registered users via: - SMS to the registered mobile number - Push notification (if enabled) Your continued use of KrishoSaathi after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
